My Story

My mother taught me how to bake. I would watch her cream the butter perfectly for pound cakes or toast the pecans for pecan pie.  During the holidays, we would bake Christmas cookies and pies for friends and family. She taught me to take my time, and bake with love. 

Sweet potato pie is my specialty. It is a perfect balance of fall spices,   sweetness, and velvety texture. All of the desserts that I prepare are from recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation.
